Trained in Orton-Gillingham, an evidence-based, multi-sensory structured literacy approach.This approach is effective for students with reading and spelling difficulties including dyslexia, as well as for grade-level readers looking to strengthen their skills. ​

While all learners are unique, this year my students experienced an average increase of 130% in their words-per-minute reading score in just 3 months; one-third of students reached their grade-level reading benchmarks.

Individual tutoring rates starts at $80/hour. I recommend at least two 60-minute sessions per week, though additional sessions may be helpful for some students.

Interested in coordinating a group of young readers? I can accommodate groups of up to five students for a special group rate.

I am available for in-person tutoring throughout New Haven County, especially along the CT Shoreline (Guilford, Branford, and Madison). I can teach sessions virtually as needed. ​
